After having held various key strategic positions for several years, Samir manages the activities of Felps - of which he is the co-founder - by promoting the global creative vision for the group in France and abroad: from the coordination of teams and HR issues (recruitment & management) to commercial objectives, from the legal framework to the group's financial, real estate and CSR frameworks. At the same time, he manages the strategy of SQUAD, Nam Kouji and all international subsidiaries in order to support each of our clients with excellent know-how, combining collective energy, the art of detail, rigor and unstoppable operational responsiveness.

Engineer by training, with 18 years of experience as a consultant in France and abroad, and entrepreneur in the energy sector. As Co-founder and CEO of the group, Renaud is mainly responsible for the development and management of Felps Group's activities in France and abroad. At the same time, he manages the Felps Academy, the Group's Qualiopi certified training center, and brings his experience to enable everyone to grow, develop and be entrepreneurial within Felps Group.

Expert consultant in the field of mobile telephony, specialized in core networks, signalling and international links. Hamza is putting his nearly fifteen years of experience to the benefit of Felps Telecom in order to guide the team's strategy towards a model that is concerned with technological developments. Based on its close past collaborations with the various players in the field, it is the guarantor of adapted, precise and therefore effective solutions.

The first non-consulting salesperson from Felps! Coming from a commercial background with digital expertise and eight years of experience as a business engineer specialized in IT fields, Yanis is in charge of business development. He focuses on identifying new opportunities and developing a client portfolio. By contributing to the Squad's business strategy, Yanis strives to keep the company at the forefront of competitiveness and innovation.

Coming from a Telecommunication Engineering School, Malak had the opportunity to support various operator and manufacturer customers in the deployment, validation and optimization of the 4G network. She then had the opportunity to evolve as a business engineer in order to in turn be able to support clients and consultants towards a common goal. As a result, she is in charge of prospecting potential customers, recruiting and managing consultants, and developing Telecom/IT and Cybersecurity teams.

Expert telecommunications consultant, specialized in mobile data networks for more than 12 years. As Captain of the Telecom and Security Squads, Abdenacer makes his experience available to support our consultants in their integration and technical development. Abdenacer is also strongly involved in the recruitment process and the qualification of tenders.

With more than 10 years of experience in corporate finance (consulting firm & multinational), Clément has developed expertise in financial analysis and transaction issues in a complex investment environment. 2 entrepreneurial experiences conducted in parallel allowed him to build his credibility in business management. 2 entrepreneurial experiences conducted in parallel allowed him to build his credibility in business management. At Felps and Nam & Kouji, Clément manages all administrative, accounting and financial matters, ensuring the systematic use of the finance function in decision-making processes at all hierarchical levels.
